Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science offers a comprehensive selection of quality benefits to our eligible employees (regularly scheduled for 30 or more hours/week for full time benefits and regularly scheduled from 18.50 up to 30 hours/week for part time benefits). The University offers four medical plans with prescription drug coverage, a dental plan, a vision plan, short and long-term disability, basic and supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, Health Savings Account (if enrolled in a HDHP) and an extremely attractive retirement plan. Except for the retirement plans, all benefits are effective the first of the month following your date of hire. Employees may enroll within thirty days from date of hire or during an Open Enrollment period.
