All accepted pharmacy students are considered for merit-based scholarships of up to $20,000 annually to help fund their first year of education. These scholarships are renewable, providing up to $80,000 over four years, as long as students meet scholarship requirements.* These scholarships reflect Rosalind Franklin University College of Pharmacy’s acknowledgment of students’ prior achievements and future potential in the field.
Additionally, each spring, students have the opportunity to apply for the Excellence in Pharmacy Scholarship. Established by Dr. Gloria Meredith, the founding dean, this scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance, leadership, and a strong commitment to the pharmacy profession.
The College also benefits from ongoing scholarship support through generous donations from individual donors and community partners such as Walgreens and the CVS Health Foundation. This support allows the College to honor students who show exceptional dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Criteria for scholarship renewal, including academic and character expectations, are detailed in the acceptance offer letter.
