Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science participates in a recycling partnership with Waste Management. The following items listed should be placed in any recycle bin either in your office or placed throughout the University campus:

• Paper Products
  • Newspaper (including inserts)
  • Magazines, Catalogs, and Phone Books
  • Junk Mail
  • Office Paper (letterhead, fax paper, etc.)
  • Chipboard (cereal boxes, tissue boxes, etc.
  • Cardboard
  • Brown Paper Bags
• Metal Products
  • Aluminum Cans - please rinse
  • Tin or Steel
• Plastic or Glass Products
  • Liter Pop Bottles
  • Milk, Water, and Juice Bottles (#1-7 only)
  • Detergent, Bleach, Shampoo, and Fabric Softener Bottles (#1-7 only)

Do not recycle:

• Food waste - Please rinse all cans and bottles before depositing into recycle bins
